She is very good at her job and knew exactly which parts of the body I needed to work out in order to reach my goals. It was such a pleasure and a great experience training with Wendy. She is such a dedicated person and really cares. Every exercise has its purpose and gets you ready for more and more. She made me achieve and do things that I never thought I would be capable of. She is also extremely well educated about all the muscles and parts of the body that you work out which made training with her even more interesting and she always kept me motivated which some days was pretty hard to do! Lol
Even when training now, I still have some hints and advise she gave me in the back of my head! Amazing person and trainer!!!!

It was such a pleasure working with Wendy. Prior to working with Wendy my "reason'' for not taking charge of my health and my fitness was that I never had the time. She looked at my schedule with me and literally FOUND me the time and encouraged me to stay committed by following up with me. I was also lacking the motivation and was frankly quite intimidated by the whole process and being judged. Wendy was EXACTLY what I needed.
She is extremely knowledgeable , her technique and her patience are hard to match. She was a walking encyclopedia of information about fitness and healthy eating. She knew details so specific and she actually took the time to explain everything to me and to ask me lots of detailed questions in order to cater my program to my specific needs.
She really believes in what she is doing and that is demonstrated in her lifestyle. She really does practice what she preaches and is very strong :). She helped me lose weight and gain confidence in myself to have the courage to go after and reach certain goals. She also set realistic timelines for me in order to reach them all. She slowly helped me change my lifestyle and not just find a temporary fix to my health and weight problems.
TO say she is knowledgeable is an understatement, I really want to emphasize that fact that she is specific when it comes to information she gives and makes sure that you have the proper techniques for optimal results and also reducing the risk of injury.
